TERMS + CONDITIONS

The pick-up location for all items in this auction will be located in Morristown, New Jersey.

Please be advised that all items are being sold as-is, where-is. Our team has made its best efforts to identify and photograph condition issues but a lack of condition report does not necessarily mean the item(s) is in perfect condition. All items are preowned and may show signs of normal wear consistent with age and use, as appropriate. Please use the photographs provided in each lot to inspect the items yourself for condition prior to bidding.

Any and all items not picked up during the offered pick-up time will be considered forfeited, with no additional times provided for retrieval and no refunds or reimbursements.

If you have a resale tax exempt certificate you MUST provide it though your AuctionNinja account prior to bidding. We will not reimburse tax once it has been collected and invoices are paid.

By bidding in his auction, you acknowledge that many lots are of an age and type such that they are not in perfect condition. Catalogue descriptions and condition reports may refer to imperfections of a lot, but lots may have other faults not expressly referred to in each listing or condition report. Photographs are for identification purposes only and may not convey full information as to the actual condition of a lot.

You accept responsibility for carrying out your own visual inspection of the photograph(s) of lots in which you may be interested. You should inspect a lot before bidding to determine and to satisfy yourself as to its condition, size, description and whether it has been repaired or restored, as applicable. Condition reports may be available to assist when inspecting lots. The absence of a condition report does not imply that there are no condition issues with the lot.

Lots may be available for viewing in person at our premises or another location or additional information/photos provided if requested 48 hours priorate the close of the auction. Please call us at 973-425-1550 or e-mail info@themagnussongroup.com with any questions or to see if we are accepting scheduled viewings.
