COLLECTING PROPERTY AFTER SUCCESSFUL BID
The specific address in Essex County, New Jersey will be provided to the winning bidders only.
Pick up will be March 10, 2023 9am-3pm EST, and March 11, 9-3pm EST only.
Please do not bid if you or an authorized third-party/shipper are unable to collect the items during that time.
In addition, we do not provide packing materials to wrap and protect property. Also, it is the winning bidder's responsibility to move the property to their means of conveyance.
Lots uncollected after 14 days from the closing date of the auction will be considered abandoned at the buyer's expense and relocated or disposed of at The Magnusson Group's sole discretion.
Storage fees of $10 per small lot (12” x 12” 12”) and smaller) and $25 per larger lot per day begin accruing on Sunday March 12, 2023, for any unclaimed merchandise as well as to previously won lots. Collection of lots after designated pick-up days must be scheduled and approved in writing by a member of The Magnusson Group no less than 48 hours in advance of the proposed date, at which point the pickup location may be different than the original Essex County, NJ location. All applicable storage fees must be paid in full before a lot may be collected.
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
If you are collecting property in-person, please be prepared to provide photo identification.
If you are authorizing a third-party or shipper to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid. With respect to authorized third parties, their name must be provided. For authorized shippers, the name of the company must be provided.
If a third party or shipper is collecting on your behalf, we recommend that you be available via email during the collection window if any issues arise.
RECOMMENDED SHIPPERS
We suggest using LiveAuctioneers’ new shipping service LiveShipping.
If you are unable to collect your property from the auction you will need to coordinate shipping.

IN-HOUSE SHIPPING
The Magnusson Group will offer in-house shipping of items that can safely fit in 11 x 8.5 x 5.5" boxes using USPS Priority Mail to *US ONLY*. A flat fee of $40 will be applied for packing materials and handling to each lot won. Insured shipping at buyers' expense and will be calculated prior to shipment. All invoices are sent via third party payment processing app "Square" and must be paid by Saturday March 11, 2023, at 12 noon EST.
